CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The BUYER has the right to withdraw the goods within 7 days after the date of dispatch. In order to apply the right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to announce to our company in the meantime and that the product has the returnable qualification with regard to the provisions of Article 6 of the Sales Agreement. The customized products cannot be returned.

The shipping cost of the returned product is covered by the BUYER.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within 7 days after the date of dispatch or the date of signing the contract, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, and we hereby undertake to take back the goods from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal to our company.

In accordance with the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law numbered 385, in order to make refunds for invoices issued in the name of the person, the relevant sections of the invoice with a refund section that we have sent to you must be filled in completely and sent back to us together with the product after signing. For invoices issued on behalf of the company, in order for the refund to be made, the BUYER must issue a return invoice to the SELLER (without adding the shipping fee) and send it back to us together with the product.

PRODUCTS NOT TO BE APPLIED WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied for products that are produced in accordance with the BUYER's special requests and demands and/or made personalized by making changes or additions, e.g. products that have been cut, drilled, or produced in special colors according to the user's request. Applying the right of withdrawal for products is subject to the condition that the shrink-wrapped packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product is unused.
